RISK OF LOSS

All items purchased from Traditional Japanese Tattoo -Irezumi- are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT TAXES

Buyers are fully responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Traditional Japanese Tattoo -Irezumi- is not responsible for any delay due to customs.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Thanks for shopping at Traditional Japanese Tattoo -Irezumi-. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please get in touch, we are here to help. You have 14 calendar days after delivery to let us know that you wish to return an item.

Always contact us prior to sending back one or more items. Items that are shipped back to us without prior contact will not be refunded.

Because of the nature of these items – unless items arrive damaged or defective – we cannot accept returns for: custom or personalized orders, perishable products, digital downloads/virtual items, intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons), items on sale, workshops.

CONDITIONS OF RETURN

You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning an item. The item must be returned unused, in its original condition and original packaging to be eligible for a refund. Shipping costs will never be returned – unless items arrive damaged or defective. Please include a copy of the invoice or proof of purchase when returning an item.

RIGHT TO CANCEL

You have the right to cancel your order at Traditional Japanese Tattoo -Irezumi- at any time during the period which commences on the day the order was placed and ends on the expiry of 14 days, beginning on the date of delivery of the products.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS

Traditional Japanese Tattoo -Irezumi- attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, Traditional Japanese Tattoo -Irezumi- does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of our sites is accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free. If a product offered by Traditional Japanese Tattoo -Irezumi- itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition within 14 days of purchase.

Refund and Returns Policy

Please contact us if you want to return any item that was purchased from us, or if there are any issues with your order.

Our 14 day return policy:

If you wish to return the goods purchased from Traditional Japanese Tattoo -Irezumi-, you must tell us about it within 14 days of receiving the goods that you want to cancel. You then have another 14 days to return the goods once you’ve told us.

If the goods are eligible for a return, we will send you a return label and a return reference number.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

We do not accept returns for the following:

Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines. We also do not accept returns for products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Sale items

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are not granted:
Book with obvious signs of use
CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
Please do not send your goods back before contacting our customer service.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund and the reasons.

If the returned item is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Sale items:

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Late or missing refunds:

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Replacement:

We will only replace items if these are defective or arrived damaged, we will also cover the shipping costs in these cases. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at kensho@japanesetattoo.com and we will send you a return label and a return reference number.

You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable – unless the items is damaged upon receipt, or the return is a result of a fault of ours. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We always recommend shipping with track and trace and with shipping insurance to the value of the items you are sending. Make sure it is well packed.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
